Here's what you can expect after closing your account:
Your access ends immediately and all active sessions are revoked.
Any active subscription is cancelled right away.
Your chat history, uploads, and account records may still be retained while the account is closed so we can support billing, refunds, disputes, fraud prevention, security investigations, analytics, and legal or compliance obligations.
Marketing and lifecycle emails stop after closure, but we may still send essential service, security, legal, or refund-related communications when required.
Support may be able to reopen a closed account. If an admin later performs a hard purge, app access and user-generated content are removed, but billing and compliance records may still be retained where required.
