Close Account
Closing your account removes access immediately. If you use a paid plan, your active subscription is cancelled right away.
Steps to close your account:
Log in to your Chatex account.
Go to Account Settings.
Scroll down to the Close Account section.
Click Close Account.
We send a 6-digit verification code to the email address on your account.
Enter the code in the confirmation field.
Click Confirm to close your account.
What happens after closure?
You are signed out immediately and can no longer access the Service.
Any active subscription linked to the account is cancelled right away.
The same email address stays reserved, so you cannot create a brand-new account with it while the account remains closed.
Some records may be retained for billing, refunds, security, compliance, investigations, and other lawful business purposes.
